Enroll in the consortium with unlimited drivers. Your enrollment certificate is emailed, which is proof for dot that your company is in the consortium. You can add all the active drivers that you have negative pre-employment dot drug test results.

What Are Consortium/Third-Party Administrators?

Consortium/Third-Party Administrators (C/TPAs) manage all, or part, of an employer's DOT drug and alcohol testing program, sometimes including maintaining required testing records. They perform tasks as agreed to by the employer to assist in implementing the drug and alcohol testing program and to help keep the employer compliant with the DOT/FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Testing rules and regulations.


Owner Operator DOT Consortium Package

FMCSA Compliant Drug & Alcohol Testing & Consortium – Covers Enrollment for one calendar year. Renews at $149 per calendar year.

This package is designed for owner operators* (Only Owner and Only Driver) regulated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) – trucking companies and bus companies. The package includes: 

  • Enrollment into Random Testing Consortium
  • Enrollment Certificate
  • MRO Certified Testing Results
  • Initial DOT Urine Drug Test.
  • Note all additional test and random testing will be invoiced at that time.


You will also need an FMCSA Clearinghouse Pre-employment Query (Additional $10) and a pre-employment DOT drug test (DOT Urine Drug Test) if you do not already have one or have not been enrolled in a random consortium within the last 30 days. When ordering this package you can add your pre-employment drug test and Clearinghouse Query. NOTE: This program is billed on a calendar year basis.


*You are required to be enrolled in DOT Testing under FMCSA if you:

  • hold a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), or similar license issued by Mexico or Canada, AND
  • operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) in any state?
  • a CMV is defined as a vehicle:
  • with a gross vehicle weight rating/gross vehicle weight or gross combination weight rating/gross combination weight of 26,001 or more lbs, or
  • designed to carry 16 or more passengers (including the driver), or
  • of any size that is used to transport hazardous materials which require the vehicle to be placarded
